Today is the last of "week countdowns" before Yamboree 2018! We are one week away from the Yamboree!!! After this the countdown turns to days. Who's ready? Also.... We will have our new shirts in soon!! Yay!

2 WEEKS until Yamboree! We will have extended hours Thurs-Sat and will also be open on Sunday October 21st. The only Sunday of the year we are open! On Friday and Saturday during Yamboree week, we can not take call in orders. On these days, it's a first come first serve basis. #YamWeek #ItsAFamilyTradition #DocsFamousLinks

Yesterday, in my Doc's shirt, I was asked if I worked at Doc's. I said, "Yes sir.". He then asked me what we were the most famous for. Of course my response was Hot Links and he then corrected me and said that he heard it was our pepper jack and jalapeno hot links. No sir. Who's planning to be at the Yamboree this year? It's almost here again! Nine weeks away! October 17th-20th!

Due to the high wind we had for a short bit yesterday, our phone cable is hanging super low. Please use caution pulling into parking lot until they're able to repair it. We reported it this morning so hopefully it will be a quick fix. As of now, our phone lines are still working.

A sneak peek at our Jalapeno and Pepper Jack Cheese Hot Link mixture a little before casing them and cooking them. They are spicy and as you can see, full of cheese. Sorry to all who missed out Saturday! We sold out of these by noon. A fresh batch is being made and will be ready today. HAPPY MONDAY YA'LL! Many want to know our secrets.
